Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. She won her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her degree from college. Her return came in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the workout. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
